Vermont's NTSV rate in 2015 was 20.3%, meaning that the state had the eighth-lowest rate of cesarean births for first-time moms with low-risk deliveries.

The 2014 VBAC rate in Vermont was 21.4%, making Vermont the second most VBAC-friendly state in the U.S.

Contact your state's department of health if you want them to publish hospital-level maternity data.
